Felony Assault With a Deadly Weapon Charge is Dismissed

Man thanks his attorney Todd Anderson after Mr. Anderson successfully negotiates a plea bargain agreement on 02/25/14 where the serious felony charge is dismissed, leaving only misdemeanor charges. The man had been charged with felony assault with a deadly weapon, along with some other less serious charges (misdemeanors). The case resolved as a straight misdemeanor case after Mr. Anderson prepared it for trial. The man was not required to serve any additional jail time as part of the negotiated plea bargain.
Felony Drug Possession Charge Reduced to a Misdemeanor

An Orange County man thanks Todd Anderson after Mr. Anderson helps him persuade the prosecution to reduce his felony drug possession charge to a misdemeanor on 02/21/14, and after Mr. Anderson successfully negotiates a deal where the man can earn a dismissal of the now misdemeanor charge by completing a 32 hour program.
Not Guilty of Drinking or Possession of Alcohol in a Public Place

An Orange County Jury found a defendant not guilty of drinking or possession of alcohol in a public place after Todd Anderson represented him at trial. This same man was also accused of misdemeanor battery on a peace officer during the trial, and this "battery on a peace officer" charge was dismissed on 01/21/14 after the jury deadlocked on 01/02/14 as to this charge, and after the prosecutors decided not to ask for a new trial. The trial took place in Newport Beach, California.
